I was running SU4 smoothly without any problems. Today, with the SU5 release, I decided to update my NVIDIA Driver to the latest one and, of course, update my MSFS 2024 version to the SU5.
I noticed that I my NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generator is no longer working, just the AMD FSR3 Frame Generator. I went back to 595.97 NVIDIA Driver and that problem is still happening.

You’re welcome.
Not everyone knows how to properly perform a clean driver installation. Some people on YouTube even recommend just updating through the NVIDIA app - that’s not how it should be done. I’ve explained how to carry out a clean driver installation here
Updating via the App is perfectly fine, I’ve never had an issue. Did it on this latest SU and driver and literally the smoothest flight sim experience I’ve ever had. There’s no reason to do a DDU install every time.
The restore option you suggest is a good one! I will keep it in mind with credit due given for people having issues.
