ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Any UI element that is supposed to be scrollable with the gamepad Right Stick, bearing the “RS” logo on the scroll bar, cannot be scrolled at all.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Every time on all UI elements that should be scrollable with the Right Stick.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Load MSFS 2024 with a gamepad attached (preferably on console).

Look for UI elements and panels that have “RS” logo scroll bars (either vertical or horizontal).

Try scrolling in any direction with the Right Stick. The scroll bar and the UI panel won’t move.
