Same issue as above players
Same issue and I noticed with mine that they are decreasing at 1% for my xbox controller at a time so it is very minimal but the Thrustmaster Hotas One settings of mine have lost the saved settings there too completely after noticing the settings there were also dropping at first at 1%.
Sim Update IX didn’t fix the problem.
If you encounter the same problem, please open a ticket. If we are multiple to open tickets about this, that will be fixed.

This issue has been tracked in our internal bug tracker thanks to the information you provided.
