Sudden laggy and low fps, even from the menu

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: I’m having an fps issue since yesterday. the fps was good around 30-60 yesterday but suddenly when i stopped a flight then restarted msfs, it drops even from the menu. i cant even reach 60 fps anymore even with the lowest graphics and a small aircraft. i tried to clear up the community folder and it’s still laggy even in the world menu, the globe cant move smoothly.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? This only happened once, since yesterday

I’m not sure what’s causing this issue. I’m only using FSRealistic as a mod, the rest of them are sceneries and additional aircraft. It worked fine before, but yesterday the fps suddenly dropped
