Sudden Server Issue

Folks,

I’m on the PS5 and getting a Server Issue Detected with an error code: 001-902.

Had early access and everything ran smooth until now.

Anyone know how resolve?

MSFS2024 just dropped, the servers will be overloaded for the next 24 hours, probably.

Our Customer Support Team have advised that it looks from your screenshots that the sim is not connecting to either the Azure or PlayStation Network (PSN) servers. They mentioned this can occur if there are network blocks or filtering in your country/region.

For example, accounts in Russia are blocked from accessing PSN, as reported here:

There are no indications that the above issue was caused by overloaded servers. The servers were monitored during both the rolling release of MSFS 2024 on PS5, and Sim Update 4 for PC and Xbox users, with no server capacity issues detected.

Thank you for answering. I am not in any restriction though, the beta worked great, I had the aviator edition which worked until yesterday.

Every other PSN game is working including multiplayer.

All other MS Suites are also working including one drive, office, etc.. I checked and am not on the blocked / sanctioned list.

I was online during the beta and the Aviator edition worked great.

I live in Russia. Its true that our ps store not work anymore but psn other services (multiplayer games) works fine. I bought game in indian ps store on december 6 (as many other games) and i stuck with “Waiting For Authentication issue“. I play normal on xbox series x on release day (when ms out from russian market) and not see at all this Waiting For Authentication issue. So what i suppose to do now?. Its not blocked from our side because as i say before i play multiplayer games (marvel rivals. overwatch 2, apex legend) on my both ps5 pro and xsx.

Any update on OUR problem? i spent money and i not be able to play!. I can t do refund so i HOPE this issue will be fix?. I agree, there are few PS5 players like us who are stuck on the loading screen, BUT WE ARE THERE. We are few, but we are here. And I hope you’ll take care of us, because we spent money on your game and want to play too.

Have you raised your question with Sony in their support forum? They do have one. It might be their fault not MS/Asobo.
It is worth checking.

I have but every other game works so it’s not Sony’s issue.
To add, early access worked, beta worked only since server changes made to SE4 (and general release of the PS5) that it stopped working. Every other game works.

Do you have enough space on your drive to download game. Try deleting some or getting external drives

Have rebooted, re installed, deleted game save, re installed, even bought another copy (■■■■■■■■!) on another account with a different region. Wired connection (always been wired) have tried VPN. Mind you I’m on console.

Yes, it is a strange thing

I think MSFT did something with the full release that disabled some of our accounts.
The essential issue is our account isn’t being authenticated by the game’s servers.

Is the download queue stuck.

Could you raise a query with Zendesk but ensure you explain you were in the Beta so they don’t just say that thing about the Russian Internet issue.
