Hi,
I’m getting a triple monitor stand soon from Next Level Racing, it’s 21”-65” and monitor has to be VESA mountable.
Any reccomendations on the monitor I should get or the specs of a monitor I should be looking for? Thank you!

What GPU do you have? And are the three monitors intended for a wraparound cockpit view, or will the sides be for secondary programs, like Navigraph?
3 x 4K monitors will run OK on some, but not others.
3 x 2K monitors will run OK on some, but not others.
Some people put a 4K in the middle, and 1080P on the sides. I think that looks pretty bad in a wraparound cockpit view, but it’s OK if your cockpit view uses only the center monitor.
I’m using three of these for the build I am currently installing:
Variable Refresh Rate and low input lag. However as @BegottenPoet228 says, it will depend on your GPU to handle this.
If you want to see these in action take a look at G-Loc Media on youtube, his rig is the one I am modelling mine on and he has very similar screens.
You can see a review of the Hisense U7K here.
If you live in the USA, the cost at Best Buy is currently $480 US.
Hi, I will be using the RTX 4070 Super, yes they are intended all for MSFS wraparound.
That card is spec’d for 4 displays at 4K 120Hz using DP or HDMI.
2K looks pretty good, if you need to ease back on the demands you place on the card.
12 GB VRAM is a little limited. My 3090 Ti has 24 GB, and when I run DX12 I sometimes see 11-12 GB in use with more complex textures and scenery. DX11 uses less.
You’ll have to play around with settings like the rest of us do, but I think you’ll be fine. Just remember you’re pushing a lot of pixels around.
Ok thank you very much.
Make sure your monitors are large enough. In my setup I have 3 42 in monitors (not TVs) with two 24 in touch screens below which i use for pop out instruments and air manager. Now I wish I had purchased larger monitors or TVs so that the two touch screens would fit below the centre screen.
I am running 3 55" LG OLEDs and love them. On a 4090 and running all three at 4K. LG 55" Class - OLED B2 Series…picked them up at Costco for 899 each.
What is the FPS on your setup? I also have a 4090 and tried with 3x 32inch at 4k and was only getting around 30-60fps I think?
Do you have stutters or bad frame rates on the side monitors? I have this setup and cannot get rid of bad FPS on the side ones.

I just upgraded my setup to a 9800X3D, 64 GB 6800MHz, 4080 Super, 1TB Samsung 980 EVO, Carbon WIFI x870e motherboard, and… wow, amazing! Finally, I can run 3*4K TV 55 POUCES (Ultra settings except for trees), DLSS AUTO, no Frame Generation, AutoFPS at 29 FPS, screen set to 60 Hz in Windows 11, and adaptive screen frequency locked at 1/2 refresh rate. My goal: a rock-solid 30 FPS no matter what.
Big tip for ultra-smooth visuals: my 4K MiniLED TCL TVs aren’t in “Game” mode. Instead, they’re in “Standard” mode, which lets me crank up motion smoothing. The result? Incredibly smooth visuals—absolutely stunning.
With this new setup, I get 30 FPS in the simulator, combined with enhanced TV motion smoothing.
Aircraft tested: A400M OK, A320 OK, Fouga Magister OK.
The leap from my i10900K to the 9800X3D is massive!
Just picked up Asus ROG Swift 42 OLED. What a picture! Seems like it was made for this. Planning to add 2 more. The latest NVidia driver seemed to really improve framerate, though it was not a problem with one 4K monitor. I’m using a RTX 4090 with an AMD 5900X.
Roughly what angle is the best to place the side monitors for a wrap around cockpit? I see all from almost flat to almost 90 degrees.
Russ Barlow has an excellent video on Youtube about how to calculate the distance and angle of 3 screens, and how to set the proper FOV in MSFS:
He also links a simple spreadsheet with a calculator so you can put in your screen size, angle of screens, and it will tell you the FOV settings
Wondering how you find the TCLs after a few months of use? I’m now shopping for monitors for a new build…
Any issues with the LG OLEDs after a year? Any burn-in with long-hauls?
Nope. All good so far. They are gorgeous.
Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about Hisense MiniLED with flight sim (or normal use, sports, etc)? I was all set to try the a 55-inch U8N but they are sold out (and the new model has terrible HDR apparently).
I like how well reviewed the LG B4 is, but it is quite expensive (even though it’s inexpensive for an OLED)… especially if I plan on eventually having 3 screens.
I know you didn’t address me, but I’ve got 3 x 4K LG C4 OLEDS on my triple monitor setup. No burn in issues, but something to be mindful is how reflective the panel surface is. When the monitors are facing each other you get a reflection of both of each other. Its not too bad on th C4’s, but something to be mindful of.
Thanks for the info, having a hard time deciding. Eyes on the LG B4 with good reviews and less expensive… can only afford 1 at the moment, won’t rush to decide
