Sun reflection over water through clouds

Brief description of the issue:
When under thick layers of clouds or even under overcast conditions, sun reflection is still visible on the water almost as if there were no cluds. This shouldn’t be the case.

Maxed settings. i7, 1080ti, 32gb ram.
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

I think it was in su5 when this started. Don’t remember this happening before.

same thing goes for reflections on your plane flying inside a thick dark cloud, there seems to be no obstuction of light by clouds for direct sunlight.

yeah, the clouds don’t seem to occlude the sun enough or at all. Would be great to gain that bit of realism by improving this.
