Sunken textures and rail road bridges

I have the latest vesrion of the Sim but I still have very strange graphics. Am I the onley one???
I pretty much tryed everything.
my system has :13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-13900KF 3.00 GHz
Nvidea GTX 490.
32MB Ram

Road bridges have been generated via available data (OpenStreetMap I believe) but it looks like the same either isn’t possible or hasn’t been done with rail bridges.

This is everywhere. Half the Skyway bridge in Tampa is under water.

We, in our country already have banking accounts.

What I really meant was if this is something a user can fix himself, or that we need Asobo to this (Or MS)?

I think the best way to expect what we will see in the future is to just look at the past.
