I’ve lately tried to read the latest support & release notes, but all I get is a window showing a semi-transparent mist - pleasant & soothing, but a bit light on information. I left the window open for a30 minutes, still just mist. Is there some way to actually see whatever info there might be?

Yeah, I think they forgot to put the text in. Read it here:
but be aware that list may be not contain all changes SU9 → SU10. Some changes are mentioned within the Beta Changelogs, as example the new “showFramerate” parameters coming with 1.27.13.0.
( thats at least one point, I’am not sure whether this list should contain all the changes and I found only the one existing missing one
