Brief description of the issue:
After long flights sometimes airports inconsistently load. E.g. reappearance of pylons at LSGG, absense of runway lighting at ENSB
Flew in to ENSB from ESSA today which is about 3h flight time. On the ILS at Svalbard and no runway lighting or Papi except like half of the lead in lights were visible.
