Swapping Cessna 172 panels

I have been asked how I can swap Between my 172 steam panel and my 172 G1000 panel in less than five minutes. I was going to do a Timelapse video but no way to hold the phone. This is several photos of the process

1. C172 steam ready
   

   

2. Remove yoke
   

   

3. Remove lower panel
   

   

4. Tilt forward to unplug. DVI, HDMI, USB hub, power, and center console cable

5. Remove C172 panel
   

   

6. Position C172 G1000 panel for install
   

   

7. Install panel at a tilt to connect HDMI, USB hub and power
   

   

8 Final adjust position and reinstall yoke

9. Place steam panel in storage are.
   

   

10. Fire up sim and fly
    

    

This normally takes about 5 minutes and then another couple minutes to change the MF, POM, and monitor configuration.

I fly the WBsim steam 172 and the Asobo G1000 only right now.
