System Freezes/Crashes when approaching ART-RNAV 33-Wheeler-Sack Airport

Tested with no mods/addons.

Brief description of the issue:

System freezes when approaching ART for RNAV 33 approach to Wheeler-Sack. Starts when asked to contact Approach. System will freeze for a few seconds. If Navigraph is installed, it will freeze the whole system completely. Does this in the beta as well.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Approach ART for a RNAV 33 approach for Wheeler-Sack from the area of CYGK - Kingston. Issues will start approching ART, and the freeze will happen when you click the approach ATC button, when asked.

Many issues may be due to an outdated graphics card. Please state your Graphics Card Driver Manufacturer (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) and Version (Learn how to find your current graphics card driver version):

All drivers are current.

PC specs and peripheral set up:

i7-13700KF, RTX 4070, 36G.

If on PC, Fault Bucket ID - Instructions here - Please type in just the Fault Bucket ID # rather than a screenshot for privacy reasons:

None found, as the entire system freezes and srashes.

1.33.8.0 plus current beta.
