I noticed my plane going everywhere when trying to do the career mode / training, realized in settings that moving the throttle actually changes the rudder as well. put rudder thing in trash can, now it works fine.
what do you mean by “put rudder thing in trash can”
i have the same issue
Yes,I have the same issue。How to put rudder thing in trash can?
I found the solution, also in this community. Thrustmaster specifically made a PDF addressing the issue.
- Inside Flight Simulator 2024 main screen, click on settings and then “Controls”:
- On left side, click over the device you want to map its controls, select the profiles as shown bellow and filter as Assigned:
Now we will find the rudder control which we want to correctly assign to its twist axis. - Click in the field below the aircraft name to locate the “rudder axis” control by typing its function name.
- When locating the function, click on the first rectangle to the right of its name. This will activate the “scanning” function:
- Move the control you want to perform that function, in this case by moving the twist axis on your T.Flight Hotas One. In case
you are using a TFRP pedal set, you can slide the rudder pedals.
The game will detect the action and assimilate it for its intended function. At that moment, it will request a new name for your
new profile. - The rudder function is now correctly assigned! The functions already assigned by default will keep working.
You can repeat the operation for other functions in case you want to change the axis or button function. When finished, click
“Go Back” and then “Save and Back”.
This fixes it.
