Any use for the rocker-switch on the Throttle handle on Xbox Series X? I thought the left and right side would be different and could be mapped to two inputs (increase flaps and decrease flaps for instance). But both left and right side are the same input.
The two sides should have independent inputs, not one. I believe by default it’s mapped to trim.
Yeah that’s what I thought. But when I go to options > controls > Hotas and select Search by Input… both sides are being detected as Joystick L-Axis 5 +
I would believe one would be 5- and the other one 5+
Is this a bug in SU10 Beta perhaps?
they was separate but suddenly some time ago i also got only one axis from the two inputs
I have mapped the rocker switch to cockpit view zoom in and out and this has significantly improved my viewing experience on my Series X. On my PC, I use Track ir and was initially frustrated not being able to use it on the xbox. I have spent a lot of time setting up the views and controls but am reasonably happy now that the rocker switch allows me to quickly zoom in and make the screens easier to read.
You mean the small “joystick” on the Flight Stick? The “4-way puck”?
I also have that as a cockpit view button where I can cycle between all the different cockpitviews… That’s a really convenient option.
But I mean the switch at the back of the Throttle.
