ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: My T Flight Hotass X controller worked fine with MSFS 2020 but now with MSFS 2024 I have a problem whereby the rudder seems to be linked to the throttle control. So every time the throttle is moved up or down, the rudder deflects left/right. Touching the rudder pedals corrects it, but this makes aircraft almost unfliable

I have the same exact issue. Can’t get anything to fix it. I even bought a new joystick thinking my old one was the problem. Really disappointed. Hopefully it gets fixed.

I’ve fixed the problem now. I had to go into the sim’s control settings and delete a rudder assignment on the Hotass X controller. I don’t know why this cropped up with the 2024 version when it was OK with 2020. Perhaps there is a default configuration with the sim that needs fixing - seems like the rudder is set to the wrong axis on the controller.

I now find the problem keeps coming back, unpredictably. I have to keep resetting the controller. I am sure the problem is caused by default settings within the sim for the Hotass controller.

Sorry, but I don’t understand your message. I belivee I AM reporting a bug - there appears to be a problem with MSFS2024 whereby it keeps resetting my flight controller and adding in a false rudder assignment, that was not happening with FS2020 on exactly the same equipment.

• By default the HOTAS one configuration is double mapped for the throttle

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• Use the default settings. Not sure if the defaults come from MSFS or Thrustmaster supplied them, the QC did not pick up the issue.

If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:
• Follow these instructions to correct the issue

I have the same exact issue. Can’t get anything to fix it. I even bought a new joystick thinking my old one was the problem. Also the new Mapping as in the TFHO Mapping is not working. I did this and I can not get the Throttle and Rudder decoupled. Any ideas?
