A day later and seems my binding have spontaneously deteriorated. Here is what I did to I hope get them right.
Here are the settings. I checked the device manager and the device is in the proper spot and I reinstalled the driver by removing the device and reinserting it.
Long story short… I went into the controller settings in detail and there were several buttons that were cross referenced multiple times with life fire fighting settings. I am not sure I have it fixed but I deleted a lot of duplicates… you can search for button presses and 5 came up one one…
You can find the manual for the controller on the web with the correct button numbers.
If you delete the setting for a function and click on the empty field it will scan for your press of the correct button.
One last thing and now seems good. On the throttle there is a little light on the right side. Should be Red. Green I think is user defined settings. Hit that and you are lost for good.
