TAA the most use AA method by probably 90+ % of us users causes like 30% of all night lights to just dissapear

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Just turn off anti aliasing > take a screenshot
Select TAA and take another screenshot.
Switch back and forth between them so u see the issue more clearly.
PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:
not relevant but i’m on 4K that might makes a difference.
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
Probably has been here forever since launch.
