Where can I change my tail number like we could in MSFT 2020?
I would like the same tail number as before (OST), but I don’t find any places to change it in the new 2024 sim.
In the aircraft select menu, choose the aircraft, go to configure (F on PC), click Identification then you can change Tail number.
Be advised that this is global for all aircraft, so if you change it on one aircraft it will be used on all. If you also agree that this is wrong, please upvote in Save aircraft configuration (tail number) from flight to flight
@AtriusLUL gave you the solution and it works for me. Its global so you cannot give individual aircraft different ID’s for the moment. But if you’re like me and you always want to fly on a registration that you know and love its an ok solution. Fly safe JJ
Further to the above excellent advice, I have found that if I enter an airline callsign and flight number and later I want to remove them, I have to delete them and THEN type a space in each window. This makes sure that ATC doesn’t read the callsign and flight number instead of the tail number.
