Taxi Lights with "A Pilots Life 2"

Hello All

Quick question:
I am getting a penalty when I put my taxi lights to “ON” after having landed and on my way to the gate. Why is this? If it’s dark outside I surely am supposed to use the taxi lights no?

Any ideas?

Taxi light ON before taxi out (after push)
Taxi light OFF before post-flight (before engine shut down)

Best way I’ve avoided a hit on taxi light is turning it off as I’m turning into the gate. Dont wanna blind the ground crew y’know?

I see - yes maybe I turned them off too late! Will check! Thanks a lot!

No problem. As long as they’re off before you turn your engine off you should be okay though
