Taxi Ribbon Image location

Does anyone know where the god-awful large bright blue Taxi Ribbon image is located? I want to change it back to semi-transparent yellow (and perhaps smaller) of prior MS Flight Sims.

I believe its actually a 3D modeled “holograph”. Its been a while since I turned it on but I feel like I remember it having width, height and depth. Not just a 2D texture. That makes it a little bit harder to customize.
