Taxi ribbon showing when landing free flight plus blue wind lines

1. When landing in free flight, the Taxi ribbon displays even though I have it disabled in the settings.
2. The Blue wind graphics also are randomly appearing in free flight even though they are disabled. I have to click to disable them again several times during a flight.

Appreciate the bug fixes here.

Check in your keyboard and joystick/devices settings if the taxi ribbon binding is not assigned to any key/button
