There is a specific Taxiway which we cannot create (and no 3rd party addon has it either), it is the “Straight Ahead Taxiway Has Changed Designation” sign.
Its is a yellow character on a black background with a diagonal line through it.
This is not a specialized sign, its an ICAO standard airport sign. If you look at CAP 637 Visual Aids Handbook you can see all the signs there but more importantly, i cannot add this sign to any airport that has got it in place. Its not a new sign either, I have the May 2007 book and it is in that and on many airports.
