Seriously. Are all airports’ taxiway labels randomly generated?
We can fly in VR, using iPads sync’d with ForeFlight, receiving warnings on REAL WORLD traffic, and on PilotEdge, we can interact with actual human ATC… but the taxiway markings aren’t even CLOSE to accurate in most cases.
And don’t get me started about the 4’ tall taxi lights in the middle of most taxiways.
(Or the pushback workers at my GA, class D parking spot at 5am. But I digress.)

Most were at release, yes. Lots of feedback given to Asobo on that topic since release. They are gradually fixing it as part of the world updates, but it will be a long time before it is fixed at every single airport.
When the gateway system goes live we can hopefully all chip in and fix them.
Not only are most of the names wrong but I’d guess half of the GA parking spots spawn your aircraft facing a fence or building. Makes ya wonder how someone could make the most realistic flight sim in the world but not know planes don’t have a reverse.
You know there is a pushback system like the real world, right?
