Brief description of the issue:
When autostarting the prop turns over into what id call a start position and when manual starting it stays in the same position as when you started the sim. In the screenshots i included the shots where the props look flat and bigger are when i autostarted you can see the props turn over from there forward position to the position in the pics. And the shots where the props are staright and forward like blades are how the props start if you manual start it.
