The flaps and spoilers on my relatively new TCA Airbus captain pack xbox edition are glitching. The flaps either don’t work or go full flaps when trying to increase incrementally. The spoilers do the same thing. Everything else works as expected. I’m using default settings. Additionally, I’ve made sure the cords are properly installed under the quadrant. I’ve unplugged and plugged the usb into the Xbox. I’ve uninstalled and deleted my profile and reinstalled. Literally, I’ve tried everything and nothing works. The spoilers and flaps were working fine the first two days I had this and now out of nowhere they are ■■■■. Any advice?
You need to do a full factory re-calibration, as shown in https://ts.thrustmaster.com/download/accessories/manuals/TCA_Quadrant/TCA_Quadrant-Throttle-addons_Calibration.pdf
You may have done a calibration of the thrust levers only, but that definitely results in the symptoms you’ve described, as the flaps and speed brakes are not calibrated.
Look at the profile of your TCA in your settings menu on Xbox. Sometimes it changes alone without explanation at restart.

Exception done with that,never had to calibrate flaps for my Airbus A320 or a319 flights
I had to make a little manual calibration to keep thrust levers set to flex correctly with crank on the TCA, because it didn’t fit right.
The setting is very sensitive
Apologies - I’d missed the fact that this was the XBOX edition. The flap and speed brake lever problem (either fully up or fully down) definitely happens on the standard PC version if the calibration procedure is not followed properly. Maybe there’s a similar procedure for the XBOX version.

No worries, I do appreciate the help. I’m just completely baffled here. I’m getting about 82% of my high speed internet where I’m sitting in my house, you think that could be the issue?
In the setting configuration menu , all your devices appear, you go through the tca one.
The TCA has differents profile pre-configurated , as the helicoptere one for example. You have to check those
How did you manage to get the flex to align correctly? Mine is always a little bit off and 8 have to hold the levers back a little to prevent it going to TOGA!

Any time there is a patch or update to the game. A lot of times you will lose mapped configurations for views and such. Always check before you go flying!

Final update, I was able to get it to work. They final solution was a factory reset procedure did the trick. I want to thank each and every one of you for helping. It really meant a lot. This is a great forum for support. See you in the skies!

I have a problem when using the thrustmaster airbus x sidestick for xbox, whenever I paused the game and go to the menu (when in flight) and when I going back to the game all the instrument are acting up. For example the flaps are set to full, spoilers are open, airspeed are going crazy and I have to clear all of that manually. Now I can’t even pause the game because the aircraft will acting up again. I use A320 with the thrustmaster Airbus sidestick on XBOX platform. Anyone use?
I have this same issue but no solution.
The thrust master needs to be rest. There is a reset sequence that you must follow. I found one on YouTube that helped me resolve this issue. I’ll post the info if I can find it. Stay tuned…
