Hi everyone,
I have the airbus TCA from trustmaster: Captain Pack Edition.
I cannot get two devices in same time on the game. Only one works. Sometimes is the joystick and anoher time is the Quadrant (with the add on), depends on one is connected first.
I try to reinstall the game, but nothing working

Someone get the same issue ?
It works before, like a month ago.

Have you checked that you don’t have one function on both devices?

That was not a good idea.
Normally, both devices work without modifications. (except after last update the “engine mode selector”

I don’t understand the question. All of your screenshot clearly shows that you have both the sidestick and the quadrant connected just fine. So I’m not sure what your specific problem is.
If it’s a connection issues, sometimes it happens. Everytime I load the sim, I always go to my control options, and make sure both is connected. If one of them is missing, I just unplug the USB from that missing hardware, and I just plug it back in, usually MSFS will then detect the hardware and I’m good to go.
Both are connected, on the computer, you can see this on Game controls on the PC, and on MSFS. But only one works (the first connected), and if i disconnect the works one, the other now works 
That’s weird… could it be a USB power draw issue? usually when you connected USB to a port that doesn’t deliver enough power, it caused issues like this. How do you connect your TCA to your PC? Is it through a USB hub? or directly to the motherboard port? If so, which port do you plug it to? Different USB ports can deliver different power, make sure you don’t plug into the port that doesn’t “share” power delivery with one another.

Hello guys ! My turn to weep ! The TCA Quadrant is totally rotten ! I mean when it’s on “idle” and I push until the first line, engines are set to 100% !
I tried to reset the tool to "factory setting with this advise. It didn’t work…
I stopped my PC just unplug both (joystick & throttle). Then I restart my PC and plug in again the tools ; and the bug goes on !
I don’t know what to do…

OK, links are not allowed ; the video I wrote about in my former answer is set on YT and is called :
" [FR] Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant - Etalonnage manette des Gaz - Réglage - configuration - calibration".
The first step is to try and troubleshoot whether the issue is from the hardware itself or the calibration. Try to open the Thrustmaster control panel app. And open your TCA Quadrant. You should see a green bar next to the throttle axis.
Ideally, when you pull the throttle to full reverse, there bar should be empty. And as you move the throttle to each detent, the bar should fill gradually at equal amount for each detent. 0% for full reverse, 25% for IDLE, 50% for CLB, 75% for MCT, and 100% for TOGA. If it’s filling up this way, that means your throttle is calibrated properly, and now we just need to focus on the MSFS binding and sensitivity curve.
But if the green bar jumps around and not filling gradually as above, then you have a calibration issue. There’s a guide in the Thrustmaster support page on how to calibrate it. Just follow it, even though there’s a missing step there that you need to do (instead of stopping at the IDLE detent before ending the calibration process, you need to pull the throttle back once more to Full Reverse and press the red button before you continue). Additionally if you have spoilers and flaps addons, you need to move their levers together with the throttle, because they need to get calibrated at the same time.
