Hi everyone.
The TCAS system on A330-900neo is not working at high altitude. I don’t know the actual height when the TCAS is not working but it’s working on the ground. Anyone faced the same issue?

How do you know it’s not working? Is it possible that you don’t actually have traffic around you within the TCAS range at that altitude?
There’s a lot aircraft on the ground and I can see them in the nd but after take off I can’t see them. Totally clean.
Another one is sometimes atc will let me report for the traffic and I can see the aircraft but it’s not showing in the nd.
I found that the reason for this problem is because I fly the A32nx before. In A32nx it will shows the traffic on the nd display.
Probably it’s the different FBW systems it has inside. The A330-900neo is based of FBW A32NX version 0.6.1, while the current FBW A32NX Stable version is at 0.7.1. Or the Dev version is even more advanced than that.
I guess if it is because of the different version that the systems uses, we’ll just have to wait for the next update which will have the A330-900neo systems to use the 0.7.1
