Terrain Textures are getting loaded in squares (visible)

Have you disabled/removed all your mods and addons?

Brief description of the issue:

If you fly in low altitude over similar looking ground (for example water), you can see how the simulator is loading each square.
This is exactly the issue, why I DONT USE the google maps injector anymore, because there you can see a simiar issue - and now we have it implemented into the sim itself.
I was OK with the slight older pictures from Bing, but without this seeable loading squares.

It happens in VR AND in normal mode

Fly for example the 40 years mission in Hawaii
or take off by your own at PHNL and fly low over the nearby waters
