Terrible Textures - Possible patch 3 Fix?

2024 textures are terrible, the dev stream mentioned that there is a possibility that the server is downloading the wrong resolution. Due to the CDN failure the first week, there is a chance that some files were corrupted and it wont allow the correct textures to stream. I’m hoping that this gets fixed with Patch 3 next week. This is very sad and disappointing, everyone was expecting a great product. 2020 at the moment is looking way better. They also recommended to uninstall and then re install 2024. has anyone tried this? Do you think it would help? I’m running these specs:

i7 13700F
RTX 4080 Super
64 GB Ram
TLOD 200
LOD 150
ALL ULTRA Settings
FPS at 50-75

I’m also running TLOD 200 and texture ultra and this is what I get 80% of the times

Have you checked what the real download speed to your computer is? Seems more important than hardware specs. Try Speedtest.net

This has already been debunked. Reinstalling does nothing.

Any acknowledgment of the issue from the Devs side? If not, this worries me even more.

I have a 1.5GB fiber connection that works like a charm. A 7800X3D and a RTX 4090. I doubt my system is the issue here

BTW. I’ve also tried reinstalling but no luck
