Are they terrible? I seems they are great with customers.
Been waiting for the airbus throttle for a month, and they charged me for it. The status hasn’t changed from preparing to ship the entire time. It sucks because their products are great but the shipping is awful.
I received my PAP 3N and my PFP 3N pretty quickly, in fact I was surprised at how fast they were delivered. On the other hand, my 3N PDC tracking shows that their shipping carrier has had possession for a week (in California, I’m just in Washington State, so not far…) and it hasn’t moved in that time. Kind of annoying, tbh. I assume this is some kind of status mismatch and the carrier doesn’t hasn’t actually received it yet.
Last night I purchased the left-side EFIS to go with my PAP3N. I just now got a shipping notice. This is pretty much in line with the speed at which my PAP3N was shipped last month.
So at least for in-stock items from the US Store, I have zero complaints.
The L EFIS panel I ordered last Thursday evening has already arrive from the US store. Shipped from a warehouse in NJ, arrived at my house this morning in the suburbs of Nashville. That’s 5 days including an intervening weekend and a US federal holiday.
I feel bad for folks in other regions but the US store is working well right now.
Yeah my last one was kind of strange. Got a shipping notification a few days after my order, then it sat in the origin facility for a week. Once it finally started moving, it was only three more days until it reached me. 10-15 days isn’t bad, tbh – I’ve waited 4-6 weeks for items from smaller shops – I just get a little anxious when I don’t see any movement for what feels like a long time lol
