Just a quick thank you to whomever is responsible for adding fuel and passenger loading to the atc window in SU2, and allowing us to see pax loading and sitting in our aircraft!!!
I dream of owning an air taxi service in real life, so having pax on my plane outside of career mode has been a wish of mine for a while.

No idea about OP’s plane and location.
I can tell from A310 test yesterday SU2 in free flight at LSZH (Zuerich) that useing the ATC ground service menu requesting boarding indeed filled the plane 100% full with passengers although I set it to 100 (half the plane)
I did not see them using the Jetway/gateway and I did also not see them at the Plane Door entrance but I saw them poping in in their seats.
They stayed in their seats the whole flight and where also visible from the outside view.
Arriving in Genoa Sestri (LIMJ) there was unfortunatly no option to deboard the passengers in the ATC menu.

From SU1 I know that with the A320 in LIRJ (Marina die campo, Elba, Italy) if you request passenger boarding they use the bus and ramp and you see them visual boarding the plane and sit down. In SU1 A320 however as soon as you did the pushback or rolled to the start position the passengers in the cabin vanished for good.

So yes curious about OP’s experience.
I was in the Asobo PC-12 at KRDD, spot 78 - Medium.
A bus blinked into existence next to the pc12, people walked out of the bus (they appeared at the exit of the bus, standing on the ground…I couldn’t see them moving in the bus), walked to the plane, then blinked out of sight as they started clipping the plane. Inside the plane, they blinked into the seats one at a time.
That’s all the experience I’ve had with it so far, and I’m ok with it working that way!
Did I see them de-plane? Sadly, I only got that far before I had to get to bed, so I exited the sim as they all sat in my plane chatting about how cool my hat looked.
Start the A320 V2 on any ramp should work. Passengers don’t load from jetways.
I first open the EFB and use the slider to fill the aircraft. Then when I click load it gives the option to save the configuration and open the ATC window.
Once the ATC window is open, I request boarding. Stairs and a bus appear. Once the stairs are maneuvered to the aircraft, passengers walk from the bus, up the stairs and into the aircraft. The EFB displays the passengers being loaded.
The EFB has been revamped and I like it.
