Are you sure about that “Turbulence spot on” Captain ???
Is it feeling or facts?
As a matter of fact just give a try here right now at BIKF, I just tested at BIKF and you’ll see that you can still fly your C172 through CB, dark cells and storms: not a single convective in CB, no up-downdraft, no danger simulated at all in a realistic way, only Gust Winds (not that bad they finally got back in the party!) and trust me buddy, during my first flight lessons back in the days I wouldn’t dare flying in 25% of that bad weather (See METAR/TAF/Sigmet below), for one single reason: Big dark cells CB/TS could be lethal for GA and for Tubes!
Too many words in my post already, let’s be factual give a try right now at BIKF/BGKK/CYJT then you’ll see the same result of the lack of realism in MSFS2020 which do not simulate at all the dangers in the skies (About turbulence Asobo reduced because many of users will claim again that it’s overdone!!! Despite that Mother Nature is already overdone in real skies! Again don’t go in real life flying your Cub in CB, I don’t even talk about TS!!!) Anyway it’s definitely unrealistic how SU10 deals with turbulence (Yes I do agree it’s great for turb based on alterities, relief and CAT it’s not bad at all in MSFS2020 but it’s not enough to say that Turbulence spot because it miss a lot where it’s supposed to based on SIGMET for instance), trust me or not again you don’t want to fly a C172 into CB/TS but in MSFS 2020 as I use to say (I’m not the only pilot to say it) that you can take screenshots in storm/CB while flying a Cub, ok if people say that it is realistic what can I add on top of that? Depends if we consider that the weather is the corner stone of aviation or not?
Just give a try and enjoy the severe METAR, I just landed the C172 AT BIKF because SU10 do not give any respect to any SIGMET! Turbulence in severe weather conditions is supposed to be a lesson of humilty for young and still for old pilots.
Otherwise I’m glad for you that you feel that turbulence spot on but feel “sad” for me because I don’t see any convective in TS, any huge updraft/downdraft etc, any danger in the skies anywhere in MSFS, but it’s ok there’s an other sim that provides that hapiness to me as a grounded pilot, it helps my frustration 
… but I was expected that I could enjoy in MSFS SU10 to prepare my flight plan based on the weather conditions of the day METAR/TAF/SIGMET in order to avoid CB while I do fly a C172 or even avoiding big cells/TS flying heavy birds as I use to do in RL… It feels that I have to wait for that with MSFS2020…
But again the essential here is that everybody enjoy based on expectations and there’s no place to judge that in my post of course, gamers, casual Xbox players, harcore simmers, pilots we share the same passion at different layers after all but in the same dimension, so that enjoy your next flight! Fly safe (no worries for safety in MSFS2020 lol)
