The aircraft you see in My Library is an AI aircraft model for traffic and not the iniBuilds A350. You made the purchase in 2020 via the Marketplace? If so, it’s possible that it isn’t being ported into 2024 that way. If you want the iniBuilds A350 in 2024, I believe you have to purchase it directly from iniBuilds at the moment.

The Inibuilds A350 is a Third Party Aircraft in the truest sense (not commissioned by Microsoft) so it can’t be reported as a bug. Bugs are only for stock and MS-Commissioned SimObjects such as aircraft/airports/POI.

Thank you for this report. We’ve moved your topic into the User Support Hub.

The Bug Reporting Hub is for posting suspected or confirmed bugs that other users are able to reproduce without duplicating an existing bug report. Using the template or providing all the relevant information about your bug and sim setup is required in order to provide valuable information, feedback, and replication steps to our test team.

If you are not sure if your issue is a bug or need further input from the community, please use the User Support Hub category. If the community can replicate your issue, first search the Bug category to see if there’s an existing topic. If it already exists, contribute to that report. Duplicate bug reports will be closed.

If you believe it is a new report and no duplicate exists, then create a new bug topic using the provided topic template.

All issues caused by or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. Assure that no addons/mods are used when reporting issues in Bug Reports.

The same question was asked at the iniBuilds Forum; you will have a better chance of an answer if you go there.

Thanks @Zadma & @Twodogzz
I will choose 3rd party tool to buy and manage aircrafs for better upgrade exp in future.

He would have no issue if the marketplace would be available in FS2024 no? Are 3rd parties responsible for the delay now?

Where I agree is that it’s not a bug, just false advertising.

Absolutely, my kid had Steam credit gifted to him on his birthday. He purchased the a350 with that credit, only to find out that the a350 does not work in MFS 2024. He came to me and I tried to troubleshoot. This is fraud in my opinion. Get the Marketplace going or make MFS 2020 be compatible. If inBuilds does not comply then ban them from the 2020 marketplace.

No, it would still be an Inibuilds issue. Bug Reports are for stock sim defects only.

I just contacted iniBuilds. They said the issue lies with the Marketplace.

This is what I sent to them.

My son purchased the A350 aircraft with Steam credits within the MSFS 2020 marketplace. He then tried to move the packages from MSFS 2020 into MSFS2024. We copied the inibuilds-aircraft-a350 folder from MSFS 2020 Packages/Official/Steam folder to the Packages/Community folder in MSFS 2024. When we load the MSFS Marketplace and check under My library, then the package shows up, but it says “Not available” and Disabled. Please let me know of how to overcome this issue.

That doesn’t work. 2020 Marketplace files are encrypted and can’t be sideloaded. To get 2020 Marketplace items in 2024, either the 2024 Marketplace must be open (Currently projected when Sim Update 1 for 2024 is released - TBD) or when the Entitlement Service runs to migrate 2020 items owned by players in 2024. The latter requires Inibuilds to explicitly allow that for the A350 by informing the MS Marketplace Team. They should know this as an MSFS Dev Partner and informed you as such.

Note there is no SLA for the Entitlement Service - it could appear immediately in one’s Library or it could be several days. In either case, Inibuilds needs to tell you if they allowed it to get migrated. Then you have to wait .

Same thing just happened to me. I’ll stick with msfs2020.
