So I have been doing career mode for couple of weeks now, but I havent grasped the benefit of reputation. What does it give me actually? More missions or what?
And after a mission it sometimes pay out reputation bonus. What is that?

Increases career mission rewards and reduces career insurance costs. At an S rating, I believe it increases your payouts by +20%. I forget the exact decrease for insurance, but I’m pretty sure it is at least -10%.
I believe it also increases XP gain. It may also increase passive income.

I have had S, A and be and are at A now. Honestly, I havent noticed any difference.
