The control tower will designate a short runway

I am using Japan’s Itami Airport (RJOO).
When you start from the parking lot without making a flight plan
The control tower will be designated 14L or 32R.
However, since I am using an A320, I cannot take off from this runway.
Before Sim update 14, 14R or 32L was specified.
Is it a new specification for the control tower to designate short runways? Or is it a bug?

No, it’s a new setting in the sim.
You need to set it for your preference.

• Added flight plan assistance setting for ATC in the user experience assistance settings so that users can request the ATC to favor their flight plan or world map flight settings over the current conditions. Thank you for your advice.
I set the location as indicated, but it still directs me to the shorter runway.
It seems that I can change the runway I use using radio communication, so I plan to change the runway every time I fly.
