Flickering textures on buttons, labels, instruments

Latest beta build [1.39.9.0] has introduced flickering textures on buttons, labels, and instruments. It’s so bad on some you cannot even read the text. [image] I’ve been able to reproduce on every load in of PMDG aircraft and the new Citation X. This did not occur in previous beta builds or current public release.
