Has anyone else had issues with the landing gear not retracting? I was told that they do, in fact, retract but a 3rd part mod is in conflict. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what was the offending mod so I can dispatch it to a watery grave in the nether regions?

This thread has identified the offending add-on.
Disabling the Bonanza G36 Improvement Mod remedied the problem. Tested with V0.6.2
