I think I understand where the problem of not decompressing comes from, but I’m not sure
Take a good look at the image, you can see that there is no progress percentage next to the package name, I mean after the part that shows the download speed, but others usually have the progress percentage inside a parenthesis, and I had it too, but I haven’t seen it for a few days.
And I still have the loop and decompress problem

Hello. Unfortunately, after about 18 days of purchasing the Msfs game and all the efforts I made to install it and every single tutorial that the esteemed Microsoft support team told me and did, I still failed to install the game and the download speed, although It got better, but decompression was not done and finally, after a lot of frustration, I had to return the game and Steam agreed to return my money. I thank the support team for their efforts to answer, but I am really sad and unhappy. I loved this game. My expectation from Microsoft is to modify the game, not to provide multiple solutions to install the game. The update and installation should be done in such a way that I won’t have much trouble. Anyway, I hope that the problem will be solved in the future. I think that Microsoft deserves much more than this to cause people’s distrust and dissatisfaction with such small things. Good luck.

I got the same problem as you. Now start doing research.
I’ve had exactly the same problem, however, I wasn’t as fortunate as you, Steam didn’t and wouldn’t give me my money back. To add insult to injury, Steam has me Listed with 149 hours of play time when I haven’t played it at all but it goes to show you the months of effort only to be stiffed my Steam again. I don’t think they are an honest company.
