Moved out from Bug Reporting Hub to General Discussion since not reporting a specific bug but a general comment.
It’s a flight simulator, so in the great scheme of things some cars parked marginally under a building are the least of the problems that some users are facing.
I haven’t had too bad an experience, the aircraft I’m flying are working pretty well and the scenery so far has been stunning. I don’t really get the whole walking about thing, I’ll use GTA for that.
They charged $200 for the game- it should be ■■■■ near perfect. I agree with the sentiment here- here’s a dump of pictures showing bugs. Figure it out yourself since we are paying YOU for the game. We’re not employees.
Do you know any triple A game recently released that had no bugs or was 100% finished?
Or maybe you remember previous iterations of MSFS? None of them was 100% finished on release and all of them were full of issues that had been patched over time.
The issue is that many users are frustrated and expressing their dissatisfaction because they truly want a high-quality flight simulator that delivers a seamless experience. They have paid for a premium product, but their expectations haven’t been met. On the flip side, the simulator is working exceptionally well for countless others, including myself, which highlights a stark contrast… this disparity only amplifies the frustration of those facing issues. There’s no doubt that MSFS2024 will continue to improve over time and become incredible, but the sheer complexity of refining and fixing a platform of this scale inevitably requires a ton of patience… and that’s tough for a passion driven niche.
