'This app can't open' - unable to open FS

Hello, I’ve been successfully using FS (store version) for around 2 months, including yesterday. Last FS update was a few days ago with the France update and I’ve used it several times since then. Suddenly today when I clicked on the FS tile to open the app it came up with a pop up message saying:

‘This app can’t open
Microsoft Flight Simulator can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected’

Internet working fine. FS is stored on my C drive which is my only drive. Restarted. Still have the problem.

I’d be grateful if anyone has any insight into how to fix this.

Sorry, don’t know why MS Store can’t see the FS2020 app on your drive.

I would go to Settings, Apps and under MS Flight Simulator:
Uninstall it.

The go to MS Store and install it again.

It will install the initial 1.xx GB.
It will not install the additional 170 Gb if it can see it on your drive.

Remember to save your Community Folder. Just rename it to Community 2.
After install, rename it to Community.
