No rain and no clouds. Live weather is on.

I sometimes find it takes a couple of minutes once spawned in for the weather to catch up.

I have the same problem the clouds just dropped out about 15min ago. Wind and temps and pressure are correct but its clear when it should be overcast.

You have live weather on, but real time turned off. Will it work like that?
It has done previously.
Even set to real time the weather didn’t match.
