Throttle 2 on Thrustmaster TCA quadrant moves backward

I have a strange situation where throttle 1 works normally but throttle 2 moves in the opposite direction, i.e., shifting throttle 2 forward on Thrustmaster TCA quadrant reduces power on engine 2. The cockpit view also shows throttle 2 moving in the opposite direction. Throttle 1 works okay. Switching assignments for throttle 1 and 2 makes no difference; throttle 1 works while 2 fails. Other settings for throttle 1 and 2 seem to be the same. Rz axis (a left slider at the bottom of the Thrustmaster Boeing Edition Yoke) is set to ‘THROTTLE AXIS’ and moves both throttles together correctly. No other devices are linked to throttles. Hoping that someone would know a solution
thank you in advance!

Have you gone into the Control settings and checked to see if you need to set that axis to Reverse Axis or to toggle off Reverse Axis if it is on?

The TCA quadrant is connected to the yoke which is attached to the XBox. So all assignments to both devices are under the “GInput Joystick”. Controller, mouse, and keyboard show no assignment when searched with 'throttle" keyword. For the yoke/quadrant, ‘Arm Auto Throttle’, ‘Auto Throttle TOGA’ are set on side buttons on throttles. ‘Throttle Axis’ is set to Rz axis on the yoke. ‘Throttle 1 Axis’ and ‘Throttle 2 Axis’ are set to throttles. ‘Throttle 1 Decrease’ and ‘Throttle 2 Decrease’ are assigned to the reverse levers. Those are the only settings for throttles.

Ok on the lines for Throttle 1 Axis & Throttle 2 Axis there is a small gear icon at the far right of the line. Click that for each of the throttle axis and check for the Reverse Axis switch there.

There are no conflicts on any of the throttle-related assignments found. Signed-off, turned the XBox console off, then turned it back on. The XBox activates packages again
Started ‘Free Flight’. Loaded a flight plan. Clicked on ‘Start flight’. Removed the new airplanes controls and went back to TCA Yoke Boeing(XBox)2024. Duplicated to a new copy called Master. Tested it. It worked. Modified throttle-related assignments back to the one just removed, one control at a time. When the new Master matched the old master, both throttles worked. So I suspect something else in the Master is affecting the throttle 2.
