Description of the issue:
THROTTLE AXIS (0 to 100) do not effect throttle settings until peripheral controls are moved to more that 50% of their way on C172 basic and Boeing 737 MAX 8 (and may be on others).

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Load the flight somewhere with your throttles bind to THROTTLE AXIS (0 to 100%) and moving your controls btw idle and full throttle check your RPM on the gauge and also depiction of the lever in the cockpit of the model.

Logitech G940 system (but if I bind the same G940 throttle controls to another axis everything works fine)
