My Xbox controller looses randomly the control on the throttle. Sometimes A and B will control the throttle up and down, and after a while, on the same flight, A and B will not respond at all on the throttle.

Doesn’t it happen only when the white dot is centered on one of the flight displays? I’m not familiar with the A330, but a similar bug was introduced with SU3 in aircraft with G1000 displays. I’ve also found it occurs with G3X systems.
No. I also thought about what you just mentioned (the fact that the A and B buttons no longer respond when the white dot is on an element), but this is not the case. The A and B buttons no longer respond randomly. Sometimes, I have to click (with the mouse) on the throttle, and then, A and B take back control of the throttle. Sometimes not. Or, if I put myself in outside view, A and B take back control. It is very difficult to determine a pattern for this bug.
