Brief description of the issue:

Thrust Master HOTAS Joystick Has Rapid, Small, Uncommanded Rudder Inputs With Pitch and Roll Input. When pitch or roll commands are used, the rudder pedals visually twitch rapidly momentarily. This is evident in the sensitivity settings and can’t be nulled out using those settings. I have found that if I cycle the joystick through all axis that this will go away for a period of time, but eventually comes back, with the need for another axis cycle.

I’ve seen this behavior, too. What is extra annoying is even when I have my TFRP pedals hooked up, and the twist grip rudder function locked via the locking screw, it still would see small rudder inputs as you describe.

What I did to alleviate it was to increase the rudder axis deadzone. Give that a try (if you haven’t already) and see if it helps.
