Thrustmaster TCA Airbus Edition sidestick stops computer sleeping

Not sure if it was this week’s update, but monitors are sleeping now in Windows 10 with sidestick and throttle plugged in.

Finally

I’ve read this thread, and I understand a fix was part of a Windows update, but if my Thrustmaster TCA Boeing yoke (with throttles daisy chained to it) and Thrustmaster TPR pedals are plugged in my computer won’t sleep automatically. It won’t dim the display, either.

If I unplug both those device’s USB cables, then the display will dim and the computer will sleep automatically.

I’m running Windows 11. Does anyone have any advice here besides recommending a switchable, powered USB hub?

I just recently got a Thrustmaster TCA Airbus stick as well, I guess for Win 10 users this still has not been resolved?

I could use a powered hub with a switch, but was hoping by now there would be a Win 10 fix out.

I’m not holding my breath, but moments ago my display went to sleep and then after awhile my PC went to sleep.

I’m guessing one of the recent Windows 11 updates addressed this issue, because my display and/or my PC has never gone to sleep with my controllers plugged in.

If anyone still having this issue I have written a small tool for this exact issue.
