Hi, I have a problem with the Thrustmaster TCA Airbus. In all aircraft (except the Airbus), the throttle lever is very sensitive—at about 1/3 of its range, the engines are at maximum power. I’ve already tried adjusting the axis settings (0–100%) and standard axis settings. In this configuration, reverse thrust doesn’t work, and at minimum throttle, the aircraft in the simulator have about 40% thrust. Also, in the control settings, adjusting the throttle sensitivity DOES NOT WORK—any changes have no real effect on the gameplay.
Someone have any solution? For now playing any plane expect airbus is almost imposible.
Thankss!
Same here. I hope Thrustmaster or Asobo find a solution, is so annoying
I think I remapped it from the throttle axis (0 -100)
to just the one labelled throttle axis
. You could give that a try.
Yes, i made that also - but in this case reverse is ont working, and idle power is on reverse level in TCA - so to have idle, i need to push reverse on throttle ;/.
I didnt check it in airplanes which dont have reverse thrust (proppably in this case it will work)
The “global” sensitivity does obviously not work. BUT: The sensitivity curve for a specific control does work.
i for example go to the “throttle axis (0.100)” and there i go into the detail settings and there i can adjust the sensitity curve ( or in case of the throttle i adjust neutral to +0.4 for the TCA throttle. in this case this gives me idle “at idle” and uses the whole range).
But still there is aircraft where with this setting my idle already triggers reversers… Could probably be fixed if i would adjust the neutral for these aircraft specifically. But overall this works quite ok for me…
The sensitivity settings don’t work at all. Wasted 1 hour. I don’t understand how they messed up the controls so bad. Everything was working fine in 2020.
For the inibuilds A321 i went into the settings tablet pressed no reverse then configured detents then pressed yes to reverse and somehow got it to work. The A320 neo v2 both levers go into reverse but only one engine will actually work. Haven’t been able to use the A330 yet because the sim crashes on Xbox which is a known issue
