Did you plug in the 2 cables for the bottom of the controllers that came in the box? There is 2 flat looking wires. If you have make sure you have picked the TCA for your default controller. That will be under general controls.
that helpsā¦ it was me being to eager to read the instructions, I assumed they were for added throttle quadrant ie 4 engines ā¦ all plugged in now and workā¦ thx for the replyā¦ hopefully now a lot of learning and fun on the way playing flyingā¦ cheers.
I am glad i was able to help. I almost did the same thing. Lucky for me i looked at the instructions. Lol
once again thank you @THUNDERKILO30
Youāre welcome
I am having same issues! Especially with spoilers and flaps, and under default settings. Itās frustrating!
Iāve done this, but my flaps and spoilers are glitching and with default setting selected. Any advice? Everything else works fine.
That i havenāt experienced! Are you playing on xbox?
Have you connected the two data cables that plug in underneathā¦ I had the same problem now it is all working
From a fellow sim flyer here.ā Did you plug in the 2 cables for the bottom of the controllers that came in the box? There is 2 flat looking wires. If you have make sure you have picked the TCA for your default controller. That will be under general controls.ā
Yes, Iām on Xbox.
Yes, both cables are properly connected underneath. Iām thinking maybe the mapping settings are off. But then, itās still messed up under default.
Try this and see if this helps. I usually do this after i do any add ons or updates for the sim
- Close the game
- Go to network settings
- Go to advance network settings
- Go to alternate mac address and clear
- Xbox should reset
Ok, thanks! Iāll give this a try and report back. Thank you both!
Its normal that manuall flight and taxing is quit impossible because from idle to CLB its hit directly into 45-55 % power. I need to set the power millimeters to forword to taxing with low power.
Im the only person with this issue?
I have the same issue! I dont know how to fix this.
This is so that the throttle levers can match with the CLB and ToGa indents. What I did: for taxying I use the small slider in front of the stick. In the settings (sensitivity) I adjusted it so that it can be moved linear from 0 to 40 or so %. This gives you quite a good movement range for taxying. I think the little slider was already assigned to the throttle axis otherwise youād need to assign it in the menue.
Ah ok can you send me your setting per DM?
But this canāt be solve the problem, there only need to reduce the sensitivity for high power in the normal idle
Unfortunately, it didnāt work. I also noticed that when I press levers are acting in reverse. But I believe reverse axis is supposed to be selected for both spoilers and flaps, which they are. If I unselect those options they work but just glitchy and not incrementally.
