When creating a new profile for any peripheral/device, be sure to check every new mapping for Buttons & Keys in the ACTION SETTINGS.
It’s the little gear on the right side.
It appears anything new is set to INPUT REPITITION.
(check box is on)
Repetition is only needed for Brakes, some views and a few other advanced things.
Toggle would be a case where you Do Not want this especially.
Axis are greyed out.
