What is your TLOD setup ?, have you tried increasing it ?
Xbox, so I think they don’t have that option. It’s all auto.

Exactly, Xbox doesn’t have that option.

It wont make any difference. This isnt a TLOD Issue.
I am on PC, and we are seeing the same issue. I know its not TLOD related, because whilst my distant scenery is “Blocky/vague/missing/discoloured/fuzzy”, aircraft appear in the air, fully visible for many many miles out. If it was solely TLOD, the distant aircraft wouldn’t show.
In Miami yesterday, i had the exact same scene as you pictured. And thats on PC.

I had this for a couple of days a week or so ago around Boston and Memphis and elsewhere occasionally in the further past. Changed servers but no better. It came good on subsequent days. Internet working good.

MESSAGE FOR MSFS TEAM:
No need for anyone to provide anymore screenshots of this issue. All you have to do, is go to any location on earth, and take a good look at the bing map just before a flight (where it provides the click box - “FLY”.
Zoom into the map, and keep zooming in, untill you start to see “mismatched squares”. These “mismatched map squares” are all over the world. And they also match exactly what you then experience in game.
Asobo must already be fully aware of this issue. Perhaps it is something they simply cannot resolve their end. And because it is out of their control, they feel its better to ignore. Which is simply not ethical.
Please, if anything, just inform us of this issue up front, and prevent the building resentment many of us “loyal” players are feeeling. Its essentially gaslighting at this point.

Has there been any update from the team at Asobo regarding the issue? It’s been months and I am still having the same issue even after hoping SU15 would resolve it. South Florida is my main region of flying and it’s almost unplayable with this bug, it’s sad to see Asobo practically ignoring this disgusting bug.
It seems to have gotten a hell of a lot better around the world. But some areas are still having this bing mapping update issues. Its defo decreasing, and Asobo have now fully acknowledged it. For example, the UK is now LOADS better, and is improving each and every week. Its just a case of Asobo filling in the data, as, and when, they get update packages from bing, and they have stated that they are now using fancy software to join mismatched textures and colours. Try and Keep the faith, its defo getting there now. All will be fixed in the very near future. And for now at least, its improved in most areas dramatically.
